An Open Letter to the Apple Store

Dear Apple Store,

When I battle traffic for almost an hour on my day off to give you a chance to show me why I should become a "Mac" instead of a "PC", it would be nice if one of your "geniuses" could at least acknowledge my existence in the 45 minutes I spent wandering around your small store looking lost. Not a great first impression of your "outstanding customer service."

I'm just saying...

Best Regards,
Emily

*gasp* I can't believe my Apple's let you down! They really are geniuses and I apologize on their behalf. You'll love a Mac. Really, you will.

Hi Emily,
Love your blog! Very nice!

As for your visit to the Apple Store, I must admit that you were better than me in waiting for 45 mintues. I would have probably left after about 10 minutes of waiting. You're a patient woman.

I enjoyed my visit and will definitely stop by again.

I agree with Daphne.... I would have been gone in 10 minutes.... you're a better woman than I! Have a great day!

wow. Send this link to mac corporate service and see if they have anything better to say! You should definitely have been treated better than that!

I haven't been to the apple store myself but I have to admit this would have definitely been points AGAINST my changing from a PC.

my husband would have made loud (and most likely rude) comments about how no one was helping him--to whomever should have been helping him! usually it works to our advantage--he gets discounts and free stuff when he complains loud enough. :)

on the flip side, he is extremely complimentary when we get great service.

not their fault, totally management, pick it up apple!!!!

I'm just the opposite, I like to just look around with out being hassled. Unless your serious about buying, or need the information to make your decision. Give them another try. My husband is a Mac, and I'm a PC! ;)

To Cornnut:

My favorite part of my 45 minute wait was when a guy literally ran by me and yelled "You know you want to buy one." I yelled back "You want to come convince me?" Still, nothing. Haha.

Haha, that's hilarious. I posted a letter to Apple too, an older one, not my SITS letter. Sorry you had such a bad experience.

That is so rude! I would have demanded attention, but then again, I can be quite rude, lol.
