BTW, have you seen the "mechanical pastry bag" that Williams-Sonoma has?? Saw it today and thought of you!! :)
Katie McBroom and I are planning on opening a bakery in the future...not sure how near of future, but the future nonetheless. And yes I have seen the mechanical bag, but I just don't think I could ever get the right pressure control with something like that. Cool idea though.
